This course is also REQUIRED by agencies such as AIR FORCE, US COAST GUARD, VETERANS ADMIN, GSA,

AND PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT.

The Construction Quality Management (CQM) Course for Contractors was developed to help familiarize contractor personnel with the CQM concepts and procedures. NOTE: This CQM Certification is required when working on USACE (ARMY)  and NAVFAC (NAVY) construction projects. Many other FEDERAL AGENCIES also require this certification. The instructor for the course will be John Parker. The certificate presented upon successful completion of this course is good for five years on all Navy and COE projects. Quality Control Managers must have a current certificate. Students will be required to pass a written test at the end of the seminar to receive the certification.
